Low Carb Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients Needed:

2 eggs
Shredded Cheese ( I used cheddar and Colby, but any is fine)
Salt and Pepper
Meat of your Choice – bacon, sausage, steak, etc. (I used frozen steak like the kind for Philly Cheese Steak)
Jalapeno Peppers, Onions, Bell Pepper, minced or granulated garlic (omit or add any that you like)
Butter and Olive Oil (2 tsp)

Heat butter and olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Add peppers, onions, garlic, and meat. Saute until done.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, salt, pepper and cheese in small mixing bowl.

Once meat and pepper mixture is done, pour in egg mixture. Scramble over medium heat until desired consistency. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired, I like to use a good Salsa on the side. Enjoy!

Makes one plentiful serving, Carb Content is around 6 net carbs (varies depending on ingredients)
